Our Principals

The principals of Pillar have a “hands on” approach to overseeing the development process including site selection, financial analysis, legal documentation, financing, construction oversight and warranty. The result is the ability to bring projects on stream according to schedule, within budget, and most importantly, in a manner that meets the tenant’s requirements.

Pillar oversees the maintenance of their properties to ensure a high quality standard, in order to maintain the longevity of their properties and to allow tenants to remain in their space for as long as the property suits their needs.
